Agreement on overdraft not met
I made arrangements on my cheque account to pay R1000 towards my overdraft monthly to reduce the overdraft so that the balance can assist me with paying other accounts. But now the bank refuses to allow me access to the balance whereas im unemployed. How do i survive monthly as i have a child whose school fees and transport needs to be paid
