Aggrieved by FNB lies

They gave me a sin SIM card claiming I get 44000 minutes to any network per month. Now they say that they moved me to prepaid because I have called more than 120 people and they can't produce proof as I only interact with less than 30 people at any given time.

When I called their call centre the lady I was talking to had me hold the line for more than 1 hour and she was gone. I feel played by FNB, How can we help you? They are helping me to frustrate my life.
