agents just wanting to make a sale

I took up an FNB insurance product for R95 a month called law on call ,the agent said they would load my wife and kids onto the insurance as well but never did. even though i sent an email almost 2 weeks ago for a call back nobody bothered calling me back . i have now since reversed the debit order because the agent firstly did not full fill what they were supposed to , i specifically asked that the product cover my whole immediate family yet that was not done . and nobody has since called me back
