I have a judgement on my name for an Fnb loan account, i have contacted the Attorneys who got the Judgment on my name, they advised that the account, is no longer with their offices and that i should contact the bank, which i did. Fnb then advised that the account is prescribed and closed, they then sent me a prescription letter. I then contact the credit bureau, they advised in order to get the judgment removed, i need to get a consent letter from Fnb, its been two weeks that i have been trying to get some one from the legal department to assist me, its ridiculous, every time i call i get put through to all different departments, eventually when i do get to speak to and agent and explain the situation, somehow i just get out through to rate their services, how difficult is it to get help from the agent, iv wasted so much time and airtime going through to agents who cannot assist me.
