This my second review for the same problem. After complaining that my account has locked and my fund held. Nothing has changed. I.receivef an email from TINYIKO asking for the same documents that I sent previously to RACHEL SEFADI.

The fact is that the bank does not stop taking fees on my account while is locked and fund held.

How can I put money when everything time that you transfer money from the source that they know which is from my tenant.

It's incredible for such a large bank to have poor service and slow or *********** agents
