Agent not eager to provide clients with excellent service

the Enterprenueral journey is a hard journey as it is, without people to make it even harder, I called an fnb additinal support team to help me with my business account finances and management of my finances, since I had learned there is a tool Fnb can help with, now an agent that does not want to work or even provide more information to clients should not work, period! Very little gets to me but the attitude and service from a girl who hung up on me when I asked for her name stank! And its appauling.
