Agent nightmare

I've been trying for months to downgrade my account. I keep being told that I will be contacted because apparently I can't downgrade on my own without an agent. Everytime I go through the necessary motions and get told someone will contact me...... Nothing! Yet, every month my money seems good enough to take.
