Agent named, NTSHEPENG MOLOTO, beyond rude and utterly disgusting service!

Phone in to the customer care center yesterday.. Only to receive the most disgusting and rude service by a call center agent by the name of NTSHEPENG MOLOTO! I was treated like an absolute dog on the call, talked down too in a condescending manner. This lady has no business working in a call center, she is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacks any customer service ethics whatsoever. I am utterly disappointed and infuriated by the level of service (or lack thereof) that was received. Time to change banks, stay away from these guys my fellow South Africans!
