Agent decided to amend my payment arrangement without my consent - i requested for the 3 months arrangment removel completely and Gundula, Rabelani <***> decided to add his one where im axpected to pay FNB 29000 rands in May 2024! the shock

I am just annoyed and frustrasted at FNB homeloan stuff for blantely refusinf to assist me with my request. on the 13 May, i created payment arrangement for arears, however i did not check this repayment amount. essentially, i will be paying three times more for R15600 arears which is redicously high for someone already struggling to keep up with bond account. I called the *** to reques for the entire payment arrangement removed as i refuse to pay that high interest. I spoke to two very useless and disrespectful contact agents who literally did not assist me. One is Gundula, Rabelani <***> who decided to add his now arrangment for me to pay R28900 (one month) which was not what i requested after he tried to convince me to reconsider my request. the second lady was useless, she refused blantely to assist me and dropped the call on me. I want to make the payment arrangement that works for my budget without being pressured by FNB *********** and disrepectful agents who cant do thier work properly. I wont make any payment to my homeloan until that arrangement do by Gundula, Rabelani <***> is removed on my profile. Im disgusted that i need to use this platform to beg FNB agents to just delete a payment arrangement so i can add a new one. How hard is this really now? this is just annoying and time wasting.
