Against the popi act

I have just checked my credit score. The following Credit Query has shown:

I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******.

Ridiculous!!!
