Against Every Promise

This is THE worst bank in the world! They DO NOT answer any phone calls. They refer you to secure chat but NO ONE knows what on earth is going on and you have to explain 10 times before the consultant understands you. THEY TOOK A DEBIT order WITHOUT my consent and others returned to me and they send me a sms telling me my account is overdrawn!!!!!!! AND I get charged for the returns - not fair FNB NOT fair labor practise!!!!!!!!! NO ONE can tell me who they got the instruction from - NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING! There is NO help on line from FNB - you can dial for 1 week straight and NOTHING gets resolved!!!!!!! WORST WORST bank EVER!
