Again we are not helped.......Where is the service.....

I am struggling with them to open my account for my NPO. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS MAILS AND BEEN CALLING AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING.We are losing money as a result of this. I want answers and I want the account to either be opened or a email that states they are not competent to do so. Its been months.
