Again, same lack of reply or resolution

Here we go again, …. I was previously told by my Private Banker to email her if I had issues. I did but go no reply. So I told WhatsApp, but I got no reply. Eventually I had to make an International call to her. I was told it’s fine to WhatsApp & that I would get a reply. However I followed up with an email as asked but of course, no reply. I’ve sent a follow up email and still no reply. So here I sit, out of country, and no replies or feedback on my emails. Great stuff……. So now what???
