Again no help trained like parrots. no futher thinkg or assistance

Good day. Absolutely pathetic service on fnb call centre side. Spoke to Christopher today to rectify credot card issues. He wont be able to assist. Please explain to me how its posdible to pay your credit card at fnb before the due date please note again.... BEFORE the due date and then gets charged R110 for it going off on the due date out of a savings account wrong account that has no money in and hence the payment was already made before any due date. As per Christopher there is nothing he can do i must bear these charges. How in this country or anywhere do you get charged if you. pay an account before the due date? how?
