Again FNB, no 30 day notice of funeral plan increase

Can the bank explain why was my fnb funeral plan increased from R183.00 to R197.64 without the bank giving me any form of written 30 day notice? Is this not against the mandate of the financial services board? On top of this the debit order bounced and I was charged R10 for your incompetence.

I'm glad I closed my credit card and took my business to Discovery Bank as your conduct is still pathetic as usual.

Since I joined Disovery Bank incidents like this has completely vanish, as their conduct is world class and customer driven. Something FNB lost a few years ago.

I demand that a 30-day written notice be issued to me. An apology from FNB management not a "48 hour consultant" as most of them are copy paste useless feedback. My debit order reversal fee be paid back into my savings account as this is clearly your oversight. And that my debit order ofvR183.00 for this month be deducted from my account.

The same incident happened to my wife with her funeral plan this month. If all my demands can't be met. I will go ahead and start with the closure of all my existing accounts with FNB and part ways. As this is a known occurrence with FNb and the lack of communication.
