again chat is useless

Been trying to change my debit order date from the 25th to either 27th or 28th only to get lip by the operators i have never received pay on the 25th ever so why would i go and make the debit order that date , how hard is it.

second guy tells me if the date change today i will get debited twice how????? is it so hard to change the date so that its correct for next month... you guys really that *********** why would changing the date for next month and on cause me to get debited twice???

can i get someone that will be able to assist me have no time for wishy washy excuses
