Ag no! Just like the other banks?!

I have contacted you and although you have contacted me back, we had another scheduled appointment that was not met. After emailing you to remind you and allow a couple of days and the weekend, I got no response, so maybe it will help to contact you here. Please, I did not expect this from FNB. I changed banks for a better service, but now I wonder.
