My mom went to the FNB ATM 3 weeks ago her card was stuck into FNB ATM then she rush inside the card. Card was stop at 12:30 but 15 minute later she got a message that someone withdraw money from her account. How can someone withdraw my money 15 minutes after my account was stop that means the we cant trust FNB security system? I worse of it the bank manager told her that they cant refund my money how's that for the bad service from the big bank like FNB surely their security system isn't reliable.
