After speaking to FNB ***** department today I realised they are one of the useless people, they lack thinking and professionalism. They do not help you at all, your money get ****** from your bank account and there is nothing you can do. I am cancelling

That's it I am done dealing with this bank I am going to close my account and move elsewhwere. all they do is to reply private telling you "we have acknowledge your complain" and do nothing. I cannot waste my energy dealing with such pathetic service, and still being charged fees of over R500 per month.
