After paying off our bond , they continued to deduct money from my account

After paying off our bond , they continued to deduct money from my account. I called them to find out what is the deducted amount for because we have settled our account. The consultant couldn’t explain either. Mind u, we already have an unresolved complain about a rude consultant of theirs. Fnb is the pits🤬🤬
