After Many Requests for Assistance - Nothing done

My card recently expired, but my attempts to replace this card started in Late October / early November last year. I am currently living and working abroad and have made several attempts to have my card replaced without any satisfaction. I've tried to have my sister collect the card, I have called the call center, I have sent two emails of complaints and it just doesn't seem that anyone is interested in assisting me. In the mean time I am inconvenienced by the fact that I cannot transfer funds home or access funds in my account because no one wishes to assist me with getting this card replaced. Is this how FNB treats its customers? Is my business not considered important? I am very frustrated by this situation and wish to have it resolved asap.
