After 2 weeks I still have not received my card
I have been waiting for my FNB card to be delivered for close to 2weeks now. Mr D Courier had phoned me to tell me that they will not be able to deliver where I stay because I don't have a street adress since its the rural areas and they also said my card was with a secondary party and they will have to deliver by the FNB branch which I agreed to but I have received no correspondence saying I must fetch my card. What is going on? It is so hard to get any proper service from FNB. Why? Kindly tell me where is my card.
