After 15 years of being a loyal client, I'm suddenly not good enough for my own bank?

I app**** for an overdraft a couple of months ago and was advised that my credit score isn't high enough because I don't have enough debt. I asked for advice and was told to get a clothing account to increase my credit score.

I followed the advice and checked my credit score yesterday and saw that it reflects as "Great" and in the green area.

I tried applying on my banking app about 3 times but keep getting an offer for a more expensive cheque account but not what I actually app**** for.

I then called the customer service line and spoke to an operator who did an application on the phone. for me but I was yet again told that my credit score is still not good enough for FNB and that I can get a more expensive cheque account or a short term loan with an interest rate of 60% per annum which is ridiculous.

I've been with FNB for the past 15 years and have only ever proven that I can be trusted just to be treated like some kind of ********. I asked the operator what I can do to get my credit record better than perfect or good enough for FNB but was told that he doesn't have any advice as I have done everything that he would have suggested.

The only thing negatively affecting my credit score is the 4 or 5 times FNB did a credit check as I was struggling to apply on the banking app.

So basically after 15 years of being a loyal FNB client, I am now not good enough for my own bank and am forced to move to another bank?
