AFTER 10 YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE...DISAPPOINTED
I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH FNB UNTILL RECENTLY, I ORDERED A SMART DEVICE FROM FNB IT WAS DELIVERED ON 06 JANUARY, I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS REQUESTING INSURANCE COVER FOR MY DEVICE, INSTEAD IM BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST, THIS IS A THIRD MONTH NOW...NO POSITIVE FEED BACK, JUST TOLD THE MATTER WAS ESCALLATED TO RESPONSIBLE MANAGER...IF YOU WANT TO STAY HAPPY WITH FNB...DONT TAKE ON THEIR SMART DEVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
