Afrikaans statements - why?

My Wife and I are applying for a visa and need to submit 6 months banks statements in English.

But apparently FNB is unable to reprint our Afrikaans bank statements in English!?

We have already spent R20 000 on our visa applications and will loose all this money and our visa because of FNB's terrible customer service!

We have spoken to our branch manager, phoned customer support, chatted with our private banker.

But every time we get the same sorry excuse...

They confirm that they do have the historical financial data saved on their system, but can't/wont reprint our statements because they have already provided us with Afrikaans statements.

I can't begin to express the frustration I have been experiencing for the last two weeks!

Please FNB, I need someone that is willing to listen and understand our situation and wont let your clients loose money because of something as trivial as reprinting an English bank statement...
