*******ion at FNB it on a highest level. I left FNB 3 years ago because twice in a month I was being debited by unknown companies. If I query that at FNB I was being told to reverse the amount and be charged from R90 to R300 depending how much I'm reversing. So sometimes a debit order will be R90 and to reverse that it was a Los. Then later when I was calculating each and every unauthorized debit order, it came close to R10000 including the amounts they were charging when I was reversing some of these debit because they were telling that at FNB there's no debit order mandate check. Anyone is allowed to debit FNB clients account at any given time. Now after three years I'm getting calls from FNB that I'm still a member of FNB which means they don't respect their customers and their don't respect the law

I have been waiting for your response instead someone called from credit card department and she ask my race. Why is your service based on racial? 2ndly why was this credit card not closed and what happens to the amounts that were credited by FNB accounts department that were supposed to be used to clear the credit card and close the credit card because I made it clear that I cannot work with ******* bank who claim that they are not guided by debit order mandate check? FNB is creating all these **** companies to debit African people's account under FNB in order to make more profits and if an African dispute those debit orders they get charged from R90 up thousands of cash depending on how much they were debited. FNB is making sure that we as Africans we don't survive under their business because if you reverse those debit you get charged, if you leave them you lose your money for no reason.

Hi
Listen this took place more than 3years ago. Initial this debt had already prescribed. However FNB was allowing **** companies to Debit my account when I was with FNB years ago. FNB then said they were exempted from debit mandate check. I then email NCC where the appointed person by FNB then told us that they are actual guided by that rule. Then we calculated the total amount of what was debited and amounts I was being charged every week per year when I was using those amounts which came close to R100000. FNB and i we then agreed that it should be used to settle and cancel my credit card with FNB and I cancel everything with FNB. So you should calculate those amounts yourself and trace them so you can find out what FNB did with them not to ask me.
