Advised to open new account and move overdraft - now cannot be done

i called the premier banking suite and advised them i have ***** happening on my account and would like some options as to what i can do. i was informed i can open a new cheque account and they could move my overdraft facility to the new account. i thought, hell this is great. now i dont have to go through the issue of opening new bank accounts at another bank... although... it seems now it would have been better. i have been trying for the past 2 months to get this done. yet every time I CALL FNB, yes thats right, i call you. no returned phone calls. i get told it cant happen. yet i have been told by premier banker. as well as someone from the BSS Collections department as now my previous account is in arrears as i am paying for two cheque accounts where i was advised i can move the overdraft and close the account. now i am being threatened with a section 129 if i dont make payment in the next 5 days. i am tired of dancing to your tune. either make good on what i was told from the beginning or i will move to another bank.
