Advertising for selling purposes, not for service provided

4 of 4 cards from FNB that were supposed to be 'hassle-free' were all a major mission to get. Of those, the ones ordered online for 'convenient' free delivery, required me to go into the bank several times anyway due to not receiving these cards over a week later, and no communication regarding the cards.

After continuous back and forth of waiting at the branches for info, the information they gave me contradicted: 1. The couriers don't have my card; and 2. The couriers have been trying to call me to deliver my card. Sensing some major security issues here. I have had FNB cards also decide when it needs a pin, and wen it's chip will work. Hence replacement cards.

Not much quality in service nor in security.
