Good day FNB device department services champion Adrienne Petersen. She is the best thing that ever happened to the customer care industry, the way she went out of her way to assist me with the proof of purchase that I was struggling to get for a month . I do not want to go into detail but I'd like to say that if you phone call centre and you through to Adrienne consider yourself lucky because she will go out of her way to assist whilst updating you every step of the way.
