Administration - What a horrific situation

I know it is usually considered a big unmentionable word when someone is under administration. But do to life changing and situations not always in ones own hands... things change and you deal with this best you can.

I went under administation just over a year ago... and FNB is so confusing and just not understanding to a persons needs?

Just a list of things I find unexceptable:

1. They add unpaid debitorder fees to accounts already closed and noted to be under administration.

2. They have several legal representatives contacting me for one spesific account.

3. They can't even over me a savings account to keep banking with them... if I use this new account, they are still allowed to deduct money for accounts under administration.

I am abhor for this type of "Proudly South African" company
