Adjust the Covi19 cashflow relief & let me pay for only what I have used!

So, I was granted a Covid 19 payment relief loan of about R37 900, and only used about R20 000, meaning, there is an amount of about R17 000 which was not used.

According to my understanding, the instalment (an amount of R735) is calculated based on the amount granted, but now, since I did not use all the funds, I was hoping that the loan amount would be adjusted to what I have utilized, same as the installment. The settlement amount as per the statement sent U received is R38 000. I think it's not fair that should U wish to settle the account, I have to pay for the amount if R17 000, which I did not use.

FNB also failed to send me a breakdown of what was paid for from the loan, but I need to compare to that of FNB.

I'm worried, and I'm panicking, because I know FNB, I'm not happy with how they do things, they might keep this money for themselves, like I had to let go of an amount of about R3 700 that went missing from my credit card last year.
