ADJUST CREDIT SCORE

I am at an absolute loss for words. We were under debt review and have since paid up all our debt and have absolutely no intention of making debt again however I would like my savings account changed to a cheque account so that I am able to earn ebucks. My wife went into the branch and was assisted. The consultant made a call and asked that the credit risk be adjusted and once it was adjusted she was able to apply for a cheque account. I went into the branch and was sent away saying I am not able to apply for a cheque account. I phoned the call centre and was put through to 5 consultants who were unable to assist me. I tried FNB secure chat and was unsuccessful on that platform too. One would think that someone would surely be able to assist as it was done for my wife, why is it now an impossibility???? We made a mistake by accepting every loan FIRST NATIONAL BANK WILLINGLY OFFERED US!!!!!!!! Got ourselves into a mess and have since sorted it out surely we don't need to be "flagged" and punished for the rest of our lives??? Can someone compitent enough please get back to me so that we are able to sort this out as a matter of urgency. I have spent money and loads of time we don't have going into the branch and being sent away.
