Address change

Moved to Richardsbay a year back. Went to FNB to change address - gave FNB lease agreement. Noticed my statements have the address of my agent from whom I am renting and not the premises of where I am renting on. Went back to FNB to rectify it - they said they will rectify it. Opened a business account thereafter linked to my personal profile - noticed my address still the agents address and not mine. Went back to FNB and explained that it is not my address but my agent they need to use the premises address on my lease agreement - they said again they will change and I even signed a form where address is correct. I also changed my address online and send through my lease agreement. 2 weeks after the change at the branch I requested stamped bank statements and the address is still the address of my agent and not my address. What do I need to do just to change a simple address with FNB?????
