Address Change

Good day

What more do I need to do to change my physical address on my Cheque account statement? After almost 5 years, it still shows my old address, after numerous attempts to change it. I've submitted my proof of address more than once... this morning when I needed to send a statement I realized that it is still not done!!!!!

If FNB cannot change an address, such a simple request - then I am concerned about other more complicated requests and enquiries.
