ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES

I have been charged service fees on my bank account in addition to the monthly account fees. After repeatedly requesting them to reverse or explain the bank charges, it still has not been reversed. I have confirmed with other FNB account holders that have the same account type, before I raised the issue
