Additional loan repayments deleted off my loan account.

On the following dates I made an inter-account transfers to my home loan account, the funds have been completely deleted off my loan with my consent or advising me now you people keep on requesting proof of payments which I do not have, they are old transactions where I cannot or don't know how to require the POP's. It was inter-account transfers not payment, firstly does your website really have inter-account POP options?
