Adding more misery after losing my DAD, deceased estate issues
I am the executor for my late Dad and have been dealing with the FNB Deceased Estate, it is the worst department of any organization I have ever dealt with in my life. Even an institution as Home Affairs are better run. Its been 6 months since submitting all documentation and we are still nowhere. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, called numerous times but nothing. Today I get an email of a follow-up from one department to another regarding the closing of loans which the FNB life has settle in May already. Its when FNB has your money they find it very hard to release it but should you owe them they will hound you like a blood thirsty animal. This person Cherris Todd has been emailed so many times to assist with delinking the accounts but she just doesn't bother responding at all. Like how can you not even have the decency to update your own internal department its crazy. I bank with FNB we have 3 Business accounts with FNB and we are currently in discussions with Capitec Business to move everything. From overall experience they are exceptional. I really did not want to write this review but it seems like a last ditch to get some kind of REAL assistance maybe. Other people involve in this is Ntando Mchunu the case number is CN***. Please go and check on your staffs inability to effectively do their job. This is suppose to be a difficult time after losing a loved one but FNB makes it a difficult time for all the wrong reasons.
