I have requested settlement for credit card , received discount and settled it. I have been trying to get settlement letter out of their very rude attorneys ara group . Then I contact FNB to here where must be sent to got the reply it has been sent. If I look at my profile they still adding interest to a settled account. One month later when it was settled.
