I was at first national bank on monday.me and my partner so i was looking for and deposito slip so there was no deposito slip at the branch. So we waited in the line to be surfed. Then it was my time and Mrs Kgopotso makhuvele so i when to the counter to deposit the money at fnb bank carlton centre in kruis and commission street Johannesburg cbd . So j waited so the teller says next so me and my partner are going to be served So mrs miss kgopotso makhuvele dont even greet me or my partner what do u guys want and it was very rude and unprofessional to treat a customer like that at the branch. And being rude so i said i want to deposit money into someone account she says i must go outside by the atm so i asked her how can i puy R3702.00.how will the R002.00 go into the masjien i need to do.at the tellers so she was very rude so i took out my phone and i recorder.her i told her girl whatever you are u mess with the wrong person now u dont know who u messing with now so i recorderd here then i ask her can i speak to your branch manager she says there no manager in this branch and i said girl u made the worse enemy in your life. So i also worked for a bank but.i.think if she.is not.happy what she is doing by the bank she need to.go it doesnt cost a send to greet a customer. She needs to acknowledge all customer when i was working at.the sandton standard bank branch it was all about service fica documents and new businesses open up credit card and open up loan that is new business. But thank god today i am and charted accountant at some firm. And enjoy it when you come to work she must leave her problem outside the door.and and as soon as she leave the building at night she needs to her problem with her as a customer i really dont think its fair towards us .hey. i also come from a standard brand in sandton and know how it work but she was very.rude and did not like the way she treated me.so i would like and apologize from.her my number are *** or ***.but people please dont.open up.and fnb bank account please what has become - to.service delivery in our city its poor these days so i recorder.her so u guys.can call me on ***or *** and i send.you.a.copy of the.recording but please people dont go to fnb go to standard bank or absa or capitec please wont ever sit my foot in that fnb branch ever again.my numbet are waiting for the manager to call me ***or ***
