Active account but no cards

Not impressed with lack of service and communication for the card devision. I am a new client and still no cards since mid October. Then I get asked to send the paperwork again. I get notification to schedule deliver which I schedule an delivery for the 01/11/2019 and to date I am still waitng. I sent a chaser to the department and I still have no feedback. Extremely dissatisfied with this. When will I get my cheque and credit card?
