Activating settled accounts on credit bureaus

Settled my FNB personal loan in April 2022 same was updated on the credit bureaus as closed and low and behold this month I check Experian and FNB has reactivated the loan account effecting my credit record. They are pathetically *********** and incapable of tracking of their clientd payments and account closures which has me seriously questioning their ability as a bank to administer their clients funds.
