Activated card at last!

A reissued credit card promised on 18 October, was finally delivered on 7 November after going through hell with incompetency and rhe worst imagineabel lack of communication even between Brackenfell branch and Head Office.

To activate the card was the usual FNB procedure of at last answering the call, putting on hold for an unknown reason and vanish. The security at the Brackenfell branch insisted that we phone the supp**** number at the back of the card but owing to bitter experience I refused. At last Gemelle, who unsuccessfully tried to call the supp**** number, organised a consultant who could at last activate the credir card.

Owing to this type of service I dearly hope we can get rid of the account before it's time for renewal or, heaven forbid, unplanned reissue.

I wouldn't dare to consider internet banking with FNB!
