Activate my card
I don't know what is wrong with this bank. Can someone activate my card? What's so difficult in that that your nokuthula is telling me to call and when I did finally make the international call, your agents drop the call in my ear. Why couldn't she help? What's the point of having that service if people can't help. Please activate my card expiring on 05/24 that's all I need from you. Your online option is not working I have been trying forever

26 May 2021, 22:34Could you please get me someone who actually knows what they are doing. The Priscilla that emailed me gave me the same steps that I said were not working. I have tried those steps from Saturday already and I get the same error. Your nokuthula on the app gave me the same steps and I told her they were not working. She told me to reboot my phone and that didn't work. I knew it wouldn't because my phone was not the problem your app was and still is. Can someone activate the card I don't know what is so difficult in doing that. I rep**** to your service recovery Priscilla immediately but she went mute on me. I don't know what is wrong with fnb and it's employees
