I am experiencing unimaginable injustice by an FNB agent (John Volmink) since the day I made the mistake of keeping my wife's childbirth money in FNB. The agent John Volmink sent me messages on the behalf of FNB about the source of my funds, everything was sent without response from him and after several calls and written pressure on him, he came back to ask me affidavit from all my clients since the creation of the account and I managed to answer to him before he decided to terminate my account without giving me any reason .

Agent John Volmink didn’t give me the reason why my account is terminated and without wanting to create controversy around I accepted his decision and asked him how it will happen for the withdrawal of my money from the account. For almost 2 weeks he doesn’t respond to my emails on how I am going to withdraw my money. After several phone calls an FNB agent assisted me by telling me to send him the sources of funds from my last transactions and he will tell me how to withdraw my money, things I did and still no response from John Volmink.

What shocks me is that I see several comments on social networks where people are complaining about agent John Volmink for the same facts. Agent John Volmink, the money in my account is the fruit of my work do not dream of reaping where you did not sow, avoid people from taking their time, money and energy for a lawyer to remind you your limits. Respect the law and do things correctly. Return the money from my wife's hospital which is in the account, may FNB take its responsibilities by following up this matter legally without letting an individual tarnish the name of the structure because of his personal and ******* desires.
