Acting without authorisation

I received a few missed calls from what I believe to be FNB's Credit Card division. I'm guessing that they phoned to inform me that I'm a bit behind in my payment. There were multiple call attempts from them, some missed and some answered. The three calls that I answered, the consultant just moered the phone down in my ear before we even had a chance to talk. My phone mike is a bit soft but still audible. Besides that, they also have access to my next of kin information and work telephone number to reach me, not to mention my email address. Instead, they just suddenly debited my account without warning.

Oh yes, and the number doesn't work when one tries to return their call.

Received a call from Loseph. Discussed all of the issues in my complaint and provided further advice with regard to my account. Satisfied with the resolution. Thank you for your patience and the speed with which you dealt with the matter. Kind regards, Chris
