Acount on hold

I'm experiencing issues with FNB. Last week, my account was put on hold. I visited the branch, and they assisted me with the necessary steps to reopen my account. However, when I checked today, I was informed that there's a backlog. Could you please advise on what steps I should take while waiting for the backlog to clear?
