I would like to bring to your attention that the current investigation is with the Ombudsman, not with the police. and Fnb is giving me the run around for a Month now. The police officer initially provided an incorrect account number, which rendered any potential investigation futile. As a result, the police referred me to the Ombudsman for further assistance. as they cant help me case closed!!
