Acess to late estate account of Mokwena Mafa

I have spend the hold day on Saturday trying to access late estate account of my on 08/09/2020 the account was blocked and I could not be given a clear answer why is that the case.I decided to sort out the matter both on 11&12 with Fnb branch in north gate no one could assist me regarding this matter answers are given but they are still not solving the issue. I am beginning to see answers given are just an excuses that doesn't solve my challenge. I am starting to experience such bad customer service with and currently I don't want anything to do with it I am being severed. My name is Lucas Maimane
