Accounts tanishing my prifile

I took out a temp loan with FNB one was opened 08/08/2019 and the other one was opened on 01/07/2019 both those accounts were fully paid out I had several contacts with the bank to get them to be removed from my credit profile I even asked for paid up letters on both of them but have received them they both reflecting as still outstanding on my profile. I currently have one outstanding temp loan outstanding with FNB that I took on the second of October and im willing to pay it but I feel they need to clear of those two that are paid up as they are affecting my credit record badly.Can you please assist me in getting FNB to clear of both those accounts and sent me both the paid up letters as these two accounts are paid and the last consultant I spoke to confirm those accounts are paid up only one account is still outstanding of which I am not going to pay it until these other two are cleared and I got the paid up letters and they don't show on my profile anymore....Please assist.
