Accounts restructure
I have been trying to get FNB to restructure my debt after sending a court order on 22/11/18, which they received in 2015 but chose not to do anything about. I now want to settle all outstanding amounts but FNB couldn’t be bothered with providing the correct balance, escalation after escalation with no luck. I’ve emailed and called but again, no luck.

27 Dec 2018, 06:35Some feedback.....FNB has made contact and one of the accounts has been corrected, I was assured of urgency in an email from Cherelle Smith on the 19/12/18. The urgency and confidence has since wained and we’re back to square one with accounts once again incurring interest and not one person in sight to assist.
